Life in the UK Test Prep provides study materials, practice questions, and full-length mock tests to help candidates prepare for the official Life in the UK citizenship test. We are not affiliated with the UK Home Office. The Service includes helper translations in Urdu and Bengali as a study aid.
4. No Guarantee of Exam Results
Our materials are provided for study purposes only. We do not guarantee that using this Service will result in passing the Life in the UK test. The real exam content is set by the UK Home Office and may differ from our practice questions. Translations are provided as a study aid and may not be perfectly accurate — the English text should be treated as the authoritative version.
5. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate registration information via Google or Apple sign-in
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Free Trial, Payments, Refunds & Cancellation
New users can answer up to 10 practice questions for free without payment. Life in the UK Test Prep offers a one-time purchase of £12.99 for full access to premium features (full handbook, unlimited practice, full mock tests, progress tracking, and helper translations). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
Instant access and waiver of cancellation right. Because you receive immediate access to the full digital content as soon as your payment succeeds, you expressly agree — by completing the checkout — that you waive your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
No refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to pass the Life in the UK test, accidental purchases, or for any other reason. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing what you paid for, please contact us at info@refercraft.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
Statutory rights that cannot legally be waived are not affected by this clause.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
